Darling Consultants, Inc. has over fifty years of combined experience in consultation and construction services to property managers, real estate agents and homeowners throughout the Denver metro area. We are a family owned local company fully licensed and insured to meet all your construction needs.
We believe that communication, quality assurance and safety are key components to a successful project. A company built on integrity and trust, Darling Consultants, Inc. believes in establishing high quality relationships with our customers, managers and contractors. All of our company’s policies and practices are aimed at developing and maintaining these partnerships.
Communication is of vital importance for a project to run smoothly and to have 100% customer satisfaction. Homeowners and HOA managers have direct access to our Project Managers to allow quick response time. Daily and weekly reporting assists our projects to stay on schedule and avoids miscommunication. Project Managers are required to walk the property with each Subcontractor, and a final walk through is completed with the homeowner or HOA Manager. Checklists are created specific to each job and trade to ensure quality completion.
Each contractor strictly adheres to all safety guidelines. This includes expectations and requirements through the City & County, HOA and OSHA.
